We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Tow Truck Operators — not just drivers. This position requires professionalism, mechanical ability, customer service skills, and the ability to safely operate towing and recovery equipment.
Available Shifts
☀️ 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
☀️ 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🌙 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
🌙 10:00PM-7:00AM
📍 We are especially interested in applicants located near our service area, including:
Plymouth • Middleboro • Carver • Wareham • Rochester • Marion • Bourne • Sagamore • Pocasset • Mashpee • Sandwich • Falmouth
Responsibilities
✔ Operate tow trucks and rollbacks to transport vehicles safely
✔ Provide roadside assistance and towing services
✔ Perform accident recovery and after-hours recovery work (when scheduled)
✔ Maintain trucks, equipment, and yard areas
✔ Follow all safety procedures and DOT regulations
Requirements
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ DOT Health Card
✔ Reliable transportation to and from work
✔ Towing experience preferred, but not required
✔ Must have valid ID
✔ Ability to complete an on-site background check
Training
🔹 No Experience? We will train the right candidate.
Minimum 2 weeks training on day shifts (7 AM – 5 PM) required.
🔹 Experienced Operators must complete a skills/knowledge assessment on day shifts before working independently.
Pay
💰 Hourly while on shift
💰 Commission-based while on-call
💰 Additional pay for after-hours recovery work involving multiple operators
Pay is based on experience and relevant certifications, including but not limited to:
