Middle aged Contractor/Handyman looking for clean and quiet to rent (Plymouth)

I recently moved back to New England after a decade in North Carolina. Im looking for a clean, quiet spot. I’m dependable and reliable, and I’m looking for a long-term arrangement. However, I’m open to starting with a month-to-month lease if that works for you.
I grew up on Cape Cod and still have friends I see and fish with on weekends. I work Monday through Friday as a Commercial Construction Foreman, renovating big apartment complexes. I can fix or repair anything in your home, both inside and out. I’m always willing to barter or lend a hand at your home if it’s not too much trouble. I enjoy fishing, cooking, and playing guitar (acoustic). I have an older rescue dog named “Baby,” who is my whole heart. I used to train rescues in my free time down south, and she comes with me everywhere. Most weekends I’m on the Cape or fishing, surfing, hiking, and exploring. I’m not a bar person, and on work nights I go to bed very early and am out the door early.
