We are a quiet, long-term couple (ages 45 and 38) currently looking for a 1-bedroom apartment, cottage, or similar rental. We have a Housing Choice Voucher and are ready to move when the right place becomes available for Aug 1.
We are clean, responsible tenants who do not smoke, drink, or use drugs. We’re very respectful of our home and neighbors, and we’re looking for a peaceful, long-term living situation.
We do have a 9-year-old service dog with full medical documentation. He is extremely well-behaved, calm.
We can provide excellent references from prior landlords and have a strong history of stable tenancy.
We are open to locations anywhere from Mansfield to Provincetown, including all areas on or near Cape Cod.
