I will be attending Cape Cod Community College remotely this semester and am looking into developing housing opportunities starting in the Fall of 2026 through 2029. I'm aware that there are so many layers to this discussion. I don't want to take up year round rentals that can go to families so I'm searching different routes.
I'm a sober, non smoking 52 year old woman. I have been a home caretaker for many years and can offer both personal and professional references. I genuinely seek a quiet place to rest my head.
I am open to short term, including gaps where I can leave to allow for the homeowner to prioritize higher vacation rentals like holidays as I have family off Cape.By 2027 I will also have my own office for my small business so I am open to a roommate/in law opportunity as well as house sitting/ light caretaking duties. I'm focusing on my education so I'd prefer to stay within 25 minutes to CCCC. I will have extensive liability coverage and am confident I can be an asset to homeowners.
I prefer to work with locals and to be a part of the community. I am extremely private and discerning and recognize the need for discretion on behalf of homeowners.
