Wellfleet intends to build 225 apartments at the edge of the town line, but the problem is Wellfleet can't supply enough water, so they want to get the water from Eastham. Both towns rely on rainwater for drinking water exc. First, Wellfleet should be the one that supplies its own water. This is not for ten or twenty years this is forever, and we are talking about a whole lot of water every day forever. What if we had drought conditions for a long period of time, would you be ok with giving away water to such a large apartment complex? If the town that is building this monstrosity can't supply the water maybe they should not build it.
