What You'll Do
- Create and manage schedules for the Wellness team based on resident care needs
- Recruit and onboard caregivers and wellness associates
- Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure quality care
- Help maintain a safe, healthy environment by following infection control and safety procedures
- Utilize technology including Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other software platforms
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Support residents, families, and team members with compassion and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Comfortable using technology and scheduling systems
- A passion for helping older adults live well every day
