What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Serve meals and support residents' nutritional needs while following dietary guidelines and preferences
- Help with laundry and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, comfortable environment
- Respond to resident requests promptly and provide attentive, compassionate care
- Work closely with nurses and other care team members to support resident well-being
- Document observations and changes in resident conditions accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and infection control practices
- Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities
What We're Looking For
- CNA certification or HHA experience preferred
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability and attention to detail
