Salary: Range $40-45,000 per year, based on experience

About the Position: We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and highly communicative Scheduling Manager to join our growing home health care team. This role is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, matching caregivers with client families, and ensuring exceptional service and support for both caregivers and clients.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values fairness, professionalism, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate caregiver schedules for home care clients
Match caregivers with families based on client needs, caregiver skills, and compatibility
Maintain regular communication with caregivers, clients, and families
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute coverage needs
Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure fair and equitable scheduling practices for caregivers
Maintain documentation and communication records within scheduling software
Support the overall operations team to ensure quality client care
Previous scheduling experience in a home health care or home care environment required
Experience with AxisCare software preferred
Strong computer and internet skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Fluent in English required
