Tis the season! Walk behind leaf shredder. Shreds 8:1. Greatly increases the amount that you can fit in a pick up. There is no comparison to a machine like this and a hand held. This has a large bag and Includes large hose (though I don't use that part). Runs well. I always used non ethenol gas. I believe the newer models of this sell for about $900 and used ones on ebay are $450 to $500. Works well as it is, but could use some tinkering if you don't want to hold the chute open with a piece of rope as I have used it for years. Works well with even large oak leaves, as long as they are mostly dry. Also has chute for small sticks that it will chip. Not self-propelled. I can deliver if reasonably nearby if you help to load it and unload it. Chipped leaves can be left for free our transfer station with a regular trash permit, or we always know people that want the shredded leaves for their gardens. One other nice feature, it has a shield on the bottom, so running over garden hoses or plants will not chop them up, only what gets vacuumed deep into the chamber.
