Oak couch in excellent condition with navy blue fabric. The fabric is washable. In excellent condition and very clean non smoking home. Super solid with nice oak legs. This couch is nicely made and very "stately" elegant. Fabric super solid. One long seat cushion for the whole length of the couch is a definite plus (no sliding in between cushions or discomforts from uneven levelled cushions!). Original price was $1700....priced to sell. First come first serve. Absolutely mint! Asking $400. Cash and carry please. Excellent buy!
