12' long house awning.
Mounts on house.
Open and close with hand crank.
It has been in storage for 8 years. Removed during renovations with plans to reuse but never did.
Sunbrella fabric was new 6 years before it was taken down and is in good condition.
Frame is slightly bent (left front corner sags slightly) but functions and could be straightened.
