Opens to approximately 6’ out from house.
Open and close with hand crank.
It has been in storage for 8 years. Removed during renovations with plans to reuse but never did. Pictures on house are old, prior to removal.
Mounting brackets included.
Sunbrella fabric was new 6 years before it was taken down and is in good condition, as shown in recent close up pictures taken while on garage floor.
Frame was slightly out of alignment before removing from house (left front corner sagged slightly). I corrected it while unmounted, but it will likely need tweaking when rehung.
