The Sand Bar & Grille is gearing up for the 2026 season and starting to interview for Bartenders, Servers and Support Staff. We are also looking for Shift Supervisors and an Assistant Manager. We are located on Oak Bluffs Harbor and are the only Beach Bar on the Island.
If you are looking for a fun environment to work this summer and make great money - the Sand Bar is the place.
We also have some housing available
We plan to open around Mid May and close on Columbus Day in October.
