Nomans is looking for a Full-Time Manager to join our team for the 2026 season.
About the Role:
We’re searching for a hands-on leader who can balance the fast pace of restaurant operations with creating a welcoming, upbeat environment for staff and guests. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organization (but doesn’t mind a bit of chaos), and has an eye for detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Working the floor as part of the front-of-house team
- Managing live entertainment and coordinating entertainment schedules
- Event management, from concept to execution
- Staff scheduling and shift management
- Training, mentoring, and onboarding new employees
- Streamlining operations enhance guest experience and boost efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in restaurants, events, or hospitality
- Demonstrates confidence in decision-making, with the ability to execute thoughtfully and follow through in a fast-paced, often chaotic environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay calm and positive, and follow through under pressure
- A team-first mindset with a passion for guest experience
