We are a local oyster farm based in Mashpee, Cape Cod, committed to producing exceptional oysters.
What You'll Do
Oversee all daily raw bar operations and ensure smooth, high-quality service
Lead and manage the shucking team, setting pace and maintaining consistency
Perform daily prep work including shellfish prep, sauces, garnishes, and station setup
Shuck oysters and work the raw bar throughout service - this is a hands-on role
Assemble and present seafood towers and raw bar platters with consistency and attention to detail
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Take ownership of the raw bar experience and represent the South Cape brand
Compensation & Perks
$1,200 $1,500 per week depending on experience
Tip-out participation from raw bar sales + staff share in gratuities from guests dining at the raw bar
Housing available in Marthas Vineyard or Woods Hole
Work right on the water in one of the best locations on the island

Who you are
Experienced raw bar or kitchen leader with strong seafood knowledge
Skilled oyster shucker who can maintain speed and consistency
Organized, reliable, and comfortable leading a small team
Calm under pressure in high-volume service
Passionate about hospitality and quality product
