  We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and work directly with a James Beard Award–nominated chef and Food & Wine Best New Chef (2004) as we head into peak season.

  • Work side-by-side with the Chef during service
  • Help lead the line and maintain standards
  • Support prep, organization, and daily execution
