We’re getting ready to open a new breakfast and lunch restaurant on Cape Cod before summer hits and we’re looking for the right Kitchen Manager / Head Cook to join us from the start.
What we’re looking for:
Solid experience running a breakfast/lunch kitchen (eggs, pancakes, omelets, short-order grill, sandwiches, etc.)
Hands-on leader who can manage a small kitchen team, keep food quality consistent, control costs, and handle both busy summer days and quieter off-season
Reliable, positive person who will click well with the team and owners
