Evening Schedule: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Part-Time | Evening Leadership Role
Compensation: Starting at $28 -$ 34 per hour (Depending on experience.
Bonus can be applied if meets labor target and cost of goods target goals.)

Night Owl is a new wine, beer, and tapas bar created by the team behind Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters, one of Cape Cod’s most respected hospitality brands.
Night Owl is designed as a relaxed evening gathering space for Brewster locals and visitors, offering curated wines, craft beer, and a focused tapas menu.
We are seeking a Kitchen Manager / Chef to lead evening kitchen operations and help shape a small, high-quality menu that pairs beautifully with wine and beer.
Position Overview
The Kitchen Manager / Chef leads all evening kitchen operations for Night Owl. This role blends hands-on cooking with operational leadership, ensuring smooth service, strong food cost control, and a consistently high-quality guest experience.
This position is ideal for a chef who enjoys simple, thoughtful food, creative input, and a manageable service window.
