Purchased this modem for my parents based on Xfinity's advice. It was not compatible with their phone line and it is now too late for me to return to Amazon.
It's never been used but I did open the box before I realized it was not compatible. The item would be given to you in its original packaging.
Please know this only works if you have internet (wired and/or Wi-Fi).
Not looking to make a profit, just trying to recoup some of the money I spent on it. Originally, $340, asking for $150.
