This appears to be a A E M C ground resistance tester model 3620 in original caring case along with the actual ground resistance testing rods and wires .
I got these in a storage unit auction and they are as new and I believe they were never used . I realize that they are a discontinued product but I believe they are still available parts wise and were a quality product and are still in service. Worth a look if you're interested please call me and let us discuss the details .
Price is negotiable but no lowballing is going to work with me .
