JOB DESCRIPTION
• Hands on carpentry and miscellaneous home construction tasks.
• Coordination with subcontractors.
• Materials procurement and facilitation.
HOURS
• 40 hours / week.
COMPENSATION
• Competitive salary based on experience.
LOCATION
• Mid-Cape home job-sites.
BUILDING TRADE SKILLS
• High quality finish carpentry skills required.
• Frame carpentry experience preferred.
• Hardware installation experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Gas, and Electrical preferred.
• Jack of all trades / Handyman experience preferred.
APTITUDE
• Self-starter, able to work under supervision and independently.
• Able to manage work load and priorities.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail & problem solving abilities.
CHARACTER
• Highest level of integrity and honesty is a must.
