We are seeking a dynamic and organized Service Coordinator to join our HVAC and Plumbing service team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and technicians, coordinating service appointments, managing repair orders, and ensuring a seamless flow of communication between all parties. Duties:
-Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring optimal workflow and customer convenience
-Act as the liaison between customers, technicians, and office staff to facilitate timely repairs
-Manage repair orders from intake to completion, including detailed documentation of services performed
-Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer preferences and needs
-Assist with repair estimating and service writing to accurately communicate repair costs and scope of work
-Handle cash transactions, invoicing, and payment processing with precision and professionalism
Requirements:
-Proven office experience or subsitituted with field experience in HVAC or Plumbing
-Strong mechanical knowledge or ability to learn basics of our industry
-Familiarity with computers
-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
-Ability to upsell additional services confidently while maintaining integrity
-Ability to handle cash, c.c. and check transactions accurately and efficiently
-Service management experience is a plus but not required.
