Help please. someone walked off with my sailboat rudder (Oak Bluffs)

I have a Vanguard Club 420 that my son and I have been learning on.
Unfortunately someone may have mistakenly thought it was abandoned and took the rudder this season… it was on the lagoon pond.
Any help would really be appreciated to find it or a replacement. Thank you
