Two Vulcan Autosonic Mark 30-B mechanical wind-up fire alarms. They have what looks like some tape residue that I can't get off with what I have, but something like Goop might work. I would not use these antique devices as fire alarms, but you can find them as collectibles on Ebay and the like.
