9 Volume Antique Set "MY BOOKHOUSE" 1925 by Churchill of Chicago. Book titles include: "Tales Told in Holland", "Little Pictures of Japan", "Nursery Friends From France", "In the Nursery", "Up One Pair of Stairs", "Through Fairy Halls", "The Treasure Chest", "From the Tower Window" and "The Latch Key". The book Tales Told In Holland has stains as depicted in photos 1st page thru pg 13. 1st page is torn & taped. Otherwise books are in good condition for age. The end ones have some discoloration from sunlight through the windows. The wooden book house is painted orange-red and soft sage green & measures 22"×14" it has appropriate wear for it's age. There are a couple of paint drips on the roof. Also, some wood chipping along the exterior. Please see photos for full description & please ask any questions that you may have.
