Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Billing and Claims Specialist who will also serve as a Receptionist at our Brighter Beginnings site in Pocasset. This part-time, dual role requires a proactive, friendly professional who is excellent at multitasking and possesses strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should thrive in both independent and collaborative settings, actively engaging in problem-solving and client interaction. Prior experience in billing and claims is valuable but not as crucial as a strong commitment to client service, teamwork and a desire to proactively problem solve.

Manage and process insurance claims and billing for mental health services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records.
Use problem-solving skills to resolve billing discrepancies and improve office processes.
Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to implementing solutions.
Ability to manage tasks and projects efficiently both independently and as a team member.
