25 hp Honda outboard engine. This was the “kicker“ engine as a backup on my center console, which I recently purchased .I’m unable to demonstrate that it runs. I do believe it does run

It comes with the outboard motor, the harness and the controls/shifter and key

Feel free to come and tinker with it. Bring your own battery and attempt to start it. I suspect it will need a tuneup of some sort such as carburetor cleaning. Motor is complete. Please look at all the pictures. Please ask any questions. I will answer them the best that I can. A Honda manual is included.
