25" shaft XL outboards fully serviced, tank tested and initial few hours of "break in" time on rebuilt powerheads; bored\honed cylinders, new forged pistons, bearings & all seals/gaskets replaced. Good design rated power
New updated VRO fuel/oil pumps and ignition powerpacks.
Great condition overall and should provide many more years of design rated operation reliably as long as they are fed quality fuel/oil with continued proper cooling and maintained and operated decently without abuse or neglect...
More power than 90, 100, 115 hp and almost as great as 140 or 150hp albeit not four strokes outboards with their two stroke Simple maintenance regiment.
Engine should provide many years of reliable operation as long as issues caused by overheating, over-revving/lugging, lack of oil or issues from poor quality/contaminated fuel...aka excessive abuse or neglect are prevented to avoid problems.
