The painting was professionally framed and it measures 21 1/2 by 42 inches in the frame. The frame looks great on the painting and both are in excellent condition. There is a water stain on the back of the Masonite. Ready to hang. It is unsigned and I don't really know the age, though it seems to have some age. Definitely WPA style. Can be viewed at my storage unit in Truro on Rt 6. Call or text show contact info
