Selling a working Mitsubishi 24K BTU ductless mini split air conditioner — indoor wall unit and outdoor condenser included. Great cooling power for a large room, open living space, garage, workshop, or addition (handles roughly 1,000–1,200 sq ft).
A new equivalent system runs $3,400–$3,965 for the equipment alone. This is high-quality Mitsubishi gear at a fraction of the price.

Condition:
Fully working, cools great — removed last summer and indoor unit sat in basement. Have lines and outdoor unit.
Held all refrigerant and worked perfectly fine.
