Have you noticed the growing price of rent on cape? So I have an idea hear me out. Its almost impossible to rent for 1k or under (with or without utilities ) but most places in that range seem to be a closet with a 1400 dollar price tag. I personally would rather band together with some fellow professionals, cut the cost and rent a better property. So here I propose to you another option to spending more than 1200 for a tiny studio or an " efficiency bedroom". Join me and another 2-3 people, together we can split a house that would normally cost about 2800 and we can do it for less than 900 per person. I will be meeting with people over the next month to build a team.I'm hoping to move before summer hits. I will meet with people at the Barns And Nobles in the Starbucks at the Cape Cod Mall.
A little bit about myself, I work full time, I go to college part time, I like to cook, I read, I also enjoy listening to podcasts, going to the gym, and writing. During the summer I like photography, hiking, picnicking and nearly anything that can be done outside. I have 1 pet but it lives in an aquarium, I don't drink or smoke and I have a vehicle.
As I said before I am looking to assemble a team to rent a nicer property that will benefit all who live in it. Because let's be honest who wants to live in an "efficiency room" when you could rent a house with some roommates? Send me a message to inquire further, and to set up a time to meet, also send me a bit about yourself (it doesn't have to be long it can be short just let me know a bit about yourself.) We are again looking for two more roomate for this opportunity.
I recieve about 4 inquiries about this post daily, so in your email be sure to include the following.
1. in your email please be sure to tell me about yourself, your job, your vehicle and your hobbies, do you have a allergy I need to be careful of (I cook so If you have a nut allergy or a shellfish allergy I need to know) do you have pets, are you the life of the party or do you like to keep to yourself. In short, anything a person who will be living with you would need to know.
2.Be ready to set up a time to meet in person. I'm not willing to enter into a contract with you via text or email. All meetings will be held in public areas several have been held at star bucks beside trader joes many more have been at the mall food court. More still in barnes and nobles. I think this is the most practical way to conduct these meetings.
