The property is in impeccable condition with very nice features. It is tastefully furnished and is stocked with beach chairs, toys, a play pen and a bike so you don't have to overload your vehicle with extras.

Outside, there is a nice deck for entertaining company or relaxing in the salt air. For your covenience, there are two grills; one gas and one charcoal. There is also an outdoor shower for the sandy folks coming back from the beach.

At night it is a perfect place observe a canopy of stars and also the sweeping beam from Nauset Lighthouse.

This 'clean and green' house is cheerful and light with many windows and is built of natural woods with a hardwood floor, so is low allergy and non toxic, as are our cleaning products and laundry. The home was custom designed & built by a high quality company recently profiled in the Nov 09 issue of Fine Home Building for the first LEEDs (Leadership in Energy and Enviornmental Design) Platinum home in Conn.

Our Nauset Beach House is a great vacation home with something for everyone in the family to enjoy! For the kids, there is a library full of children's books, board games, family friendly DVDs, activity guides, beach toys and a large private yard with a lovely lawn to play on and comfy hammock between the trees. For outdoors, there is badminton and croquet as well. The walkout basement/garage has a pool table, as well as a washer/dryer. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from days of playing at the beach. (While older child friendly, renters should be mindful that the house is not baby proofed, IE the stairways are open with no baby gates) The attached original beach house will be remodeled next year but for now is an extra game room with ping pong table, card table and lots of games.

Our house is a clean and neat 10 year-old home in what you would
agree is a quaint getaway nestled on the bay side of Wellfleet. The
simple and casual d�cor is perfect for a couple or an extended
family sleeping up to ten people.

It is a typical Cape Cod style on just under an acre of wooded land in a quiet neighborhood. It is a spacious two-level home complete with a finished walkout basement with a private patio.

Plenty of room for one family or two!

The house has four bedrooms (two on each floor) in total and a bathroom on each floor. An additional kitchenette and living room is located downstairs along plus a private patio. This creates a great alternative for you: You can keep the whole house to yourselves and live on both levels as a wonderful single-family home, or you can invite extended family (or friends) to share the house (and cost) with you.
