I'm seeking a quiet, well-heated & within six hours car/train ride from NYC. There needs to be a kitchen. Wireless internet is a plus. I'm flexible on exact location but have in mind eastern Mass (Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket).<br>

DATES: Ideally I'll have use of a house Sunday Dec 27th to Thursday, December 30th. You could come to my place as early as Christmas eve if they don't mind me being here.<br>

DEAL: Swap would be great. Someone that'd like to rent my place for a few days would be equally welcome if it'd help finance my own getaway.<br>
