You could also use the small bedroom (where the grandkids stay when they visit) which has twin beds for extra company. There is a full bath downstairs with a shower. We have a washer and drier and economical natural gas heat. There is a large sun porch which also has skylights for extra light and warmth. There is also a large open deck which is great for bird feeders. We added storm windows to the porch last fall and our winter tenants said they sat out there most days to watch the birds at the feeders. There is a woodburning fireplace in the living/dining room for cold winter evenings. The house is on a private dead end road so there is no traffic noise and we are a 3 minute stroll to beautiful sunsets on the bay. The beach is a lovely pristine place, wonderful for winter walks. The deck and porch overlook the marsh and is conservation land. There are cardinals and chickadees to feed all winter, and, if you enjoy wildlife, you will see glimpses of deer, coyotes, foxes and an occasional woodchuck. The chipmunks and chickadees will eat from your hand if you are patient.

The rent is $875/mo with first, last and security. Utilities are not included. The house is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans and even sheets and towels if you would like us to leave them out for you.
