Hello, I am 26/f, a student a 4C's, a waitress/bartender in Hyannis, and I also do massage therapy at a local spa. I'm currently living in West Yarmouth and am looking for a winter rental in the Dennis/Yarmouth area (as this is my third and final summer on Cape Cod). I am single and am a non smoking, non partying responsible person. I have never been late on rent in my 8 years of renting and can provide you with employee, landlord, and character refrences. I do have a roommate in mind who is also very respectable and responsible so we are looking for two bedrooms.
