I am, according to my two previous landlords on the island, the perfect tenant. My present landlord will be more than happy to provide me with references. I am looking for a winter rental beginning on or about September 1, 2008 and that goes to at least May 2009. I have an indoor cat which seems to be the biggest problem, but I am willing to hire and pay for a professional cleaning of the rental before I leave.
