General Requirements:
- You must be a native English speaker.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher. All majors are acceptable.
- No experience required
- Education majors, TEFL/TESL/Teaching certified individuals are proffered, but this is not a requirement.
Job Description
- You'll be teaching English to young children. (Kindergarten ~ adults )
- The main areas of focus are: writing and conversational skills.
- You'll encourage the development of strong oral communication skills.
Benefits

- Monthly salary: pre-tax income of $1,800~2,300 (Total tax rate is 4%)
- Working hours: 22-30 classes (40 to 50 minutes per class) per week (Mon - Fri);
- Overtime pay is $18~ $27 per hour
- Severance pay: 1 month salary for completion of one year contract
- Vacation: approx. 10 days of paid vacation per year, plus national holidays (approx. 17 days)
- Medical insurance coverage and National Pension:(50% covered by employer, National Pension 100% refunded after completion of
1 year contract)
- Renewable one year contract
- Salary + Free Housing + 4% Tax + Free Airplane Tickets + Severance Payment + Paid Holidays + Cheap Living Cost are equivalent to over $40,000+/year salary level in America.

Qualifications:

Psychology or Early Childhood Development background a plus....
BUT, no experience necessary as we will train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Conduct 2-3 hour, 1:1 therapy sessions following set curriculum upon which you will be trained
Implement behavior interevention plans accurately as trained & outlined by supervisor
Teach new skills ranging from ABC's, to play skills, to conversation training, to social shadowing, and more
Take detailed & accurate data!
Maintain communication between the family & the therapy setting
Maintain communication with CARD Supervisor & other lead therapists
Be available for training & team meetings on a regular basis. (1 weekday morning per mo, 1 full weekend day per month, after school)
Initial & ongoing training will be provided
Individual study of material & independent mastery of information is expected
Must be available for training Sat & Sun, January 16th & 17th.
