There is a new flat screen tv, vcr, and Comcast Premium cable, along with internet access. The house is located 2 miles from the last exit on Rte. 25, before going over the Bourne Bridge. There are the regular restaurants, shops, and entertainment 2 miles from the house. The situation is great for someone who is looking for a life style that is peaceful, and away from hustle and bustle. I commute to Boston for work and am always grateful to get home and appreciate this really is a little piece of heaven.
